My Mission: To inspire, motivate, and equip people to transform their lives by unlocking untapped potential, aligning purpose with action, and helping each of you become what no one ever expected, but always had the power to become.

Over the decades, I’ve led corporate people strategy, cultural transformation, and social impact initiatives at the highest levels, inside boardrooms, across global teams, and through moments of both disruption and opportunity. As a Fortune 5 executive and later Chief Global Equity and Social Impact Officer, I witnessed firsthand how real change happens, not just on spreadsheets or in speeches, but when people are empowered to see themselves differently, lead boldly, and rise with purpose.

But my transformation didn’t happen in a boardroom; it happened alone, in the quiet spaces between survival and self-discovery. I had to navigate life without a guide, piecing together meaning from every book I read, every note I took, and every hard-earned lesson I lived and learned. That is why I wrote The Art of Transformation and created the STACKSHIFT Coaching Model™—so no one else has to figure it out alone. It is everything I wish I had when I was navigating my personal and professional life.

Today, I bring all of it—my scars, my strategy, my soul—to help others rise beyond their setbacks. Through coaching, storytelling, and practical, battle-tested frameworks, I walk alongside people as they reclaim their power and chart a new direction. I do this work because I know what it feels like to start over. I know what it takes to rewrite a life. And I believe this with every fiber of my being: transformation is not just possible, it is necessary.

And it all begins with the courage to take the first step.

I am a transformation strategist, author, and former Fortune 5 executive who turned personal adversity into a mission: to help others become the version of themselves no one ever saw coming. I have survived childhood trauma, battled cancer twice, and faced the crushing weight of expectations, leadership, and self-doubt. My journey has never been about easy success. It has been about relentless reinvention.

A Little About Me

My mother had me when she was just sixteen—a child raising a child in the heart of Los Angeles. We didn’t have much, but what we did have was resilience. Survival came first, but even then, I learned to dream.

When I was six, my mother married a newly commissioned Air Force officer. From that moment, the military became an integral part of our lives. We moved from base to base, coast to coast, and with every move I learned adaptability, discipline, and the ability to thrive in new environments.

Like any family, ours had challenges. But what I’ve discovered over time is that forgiveness is a formula—one that doesn’t erase the past but allows you to see it with greater compassion and clarity. It gives you the freedom to stop being defined by what was and instead be guided by what can be.

Much of my adult life has been spent learning, growing, and transforming—through professional development, through therapy, and through life itself. Those early experiences didn’t just shape me; they gave me the grit to keep moving forward, the perspective to lead with empathy, and the courage to reinvent myself again and again.

Through it all, I have built not just a life, but a significant career marked by impact, leadership, and accomplishment. And now, I want to share what I’ve learned—to give you the proper tools, frameworks, and confidence to create transformation in your own life.
